Payment

Prepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry and must include shipping charges. Acceptable forms of payment are money order, cashier check, business check, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Omni Business Solutions will appear on the credit card statement. Check orders will be shipped once the check clears the bank. Acceptable forms of payment for shipments outside the US and Canada are wire transfers only. Purchase orders are accepted from government and law enforcement agencies. By placing an order, the Purchaser signifies agreement to all Terms and Conditions.


Shipping

Shipments inside the U.S.A will be delivered via UPS or Federal Express. Shipments to APO addresses will be delivered via US Mail. If requested by Purchaser, alternate shipping methods are available. Credit card orders will only be shipped to an address the credit card company has on file. Orders placed by 2PM PST generally ship the same day. All packages require a signature upon delivery.


Sales Tax

Any orders shipped to destinations within Arizona must include applicable state tax, unless resale certificate is included.


Returns & Refunds

You may request a full refund (less shipping charges) or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. All orders are nonrefundable after 7 days. Shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition and contain all original material. Incomplete returns will incur a restocking fee. All software sales are final.


Legal Status Of Products

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not Omni Business Solutions LLC, to determine and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered. When applicable, products sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered. By placing an order, the Purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products ordered and that the products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Audio is available to law enforcement personnel only.


Privacy

All customer information is confidential. Customer information is never released outside the company. Information is not sold nor placed on mailing lists.
